Photoshop CC 2015: Unresponsive, laggy, slow, super laggy scrolling via mouse wheel on Windows
Next Problem!
Since our update to Photoshop CC 2015 we are noticing much more problems:
1. Photoshop is really laggy and unresponsive, especially when we are working with bigger files. We are using HP Z820 Workstations with Quaddro 4000, 32GB Ram, Dual Xeon CPU, fast samsung SSD, win 8.1. GFX drivers are up to date and hardware wise there should be no problem.
2. Scrolling via mouse wheel is impossible, because its so laggy that we should have to wait up to 1 minute until Photoshop stops scrolling.
Help would be nice.
Working this way is really frustrating :/

It's a massive dinosaur now and concerning performance it better portrays a scooter than a Ferrari.
If Affinity plays their marketing cards right PS could have a serious contender. The only ones that benefits from PS anymore are mainly Web designers and with Sketch coming on strong PS may loose those designers as well.
From a business and marketing standpoint Adobe better regroup and get focused fast.
You are really never too big to fail, regardless of the Governments example. The customer essentially owns Adobe, not the other way around. Adobe has lost their way.

The Tech would not say if they admitted the problem or not so I have gone back to CS5 and it runs great, no problems at all.
I am going to ask Adobe for a refund for the couple of months of terrible CC 2015.

Adobe Photoshop Version: 2015.0.1 20150722.r.168 2015/07/22:23:59:59 CL 1032107 x64
When I open a CR2 file, the photo quickly opens in Camera Raw. However, when I click OK, the entire image does not appear in PS. Instead, I get 50% of my image and 50% PS "layer". Strangely enough, when I scroll over the "layer" portions, those parts of the image start to appear. Only after I've scrolled over the entire image does it fully open.
Is there a solution for this? Does this sound familiar to anyone? I obviously can't purchase this product with this type of issue.

I wonder which dim witted f%#^ inside Adobe thought of launching the newest version of their flagship product without checking for responsiveness???? Probably an entire team... F$^@#ing FAIL!!
Oh there's a solution... Great now all I have to do is switch off rulers everytime I need to scroll 2px down the page?!?!?!?!? What the F#$^%$#$#!!!!!!!!
They didn't have an emoji face for Super F#$% over by Adobe's $H1T Software!!
