Photoshop CC 2015: Unresponsive, laggy, slow, super laggy scrolling via mouse wheel on Windows
Next Problem!
Since our update to Photoshop CC 2015 we are noticing much more problems:
1. Photoshop is really laggy and unresponsive, especially when we are working with bigger files. We are using HP Z820 Workstations with Quaddro 4000, 32GB Ram, Dual Xeon CPU, fast samsung SSD, win 8.1. GFX drivers are up to date and hardware wise there should be no problem.
2. Scrolling via mouse wheel is impossible, because its so laggy that we should have to wait up to 1 minute until Photoshop stops scrolling.
Help would be nice.
Working this way is really frustrating :/

Adobe, fixing the performance issues with the library panel and rulers would be really nice!
We are waiting ...

I'll probably install the previous version until the speed/freeze issues are resolved.

Latest version doesnt change a thing. Have to restart the whole programm after an hour or so, because everything need around 2-3 seconds to respond.
I have these problems since I upgraded to ps cc2015 and it's a shame adobe doesn't fix performance problems, before adding new toy additions.

They told me it was me video card but that does not seem to be the problem.
PS does the same thing even though I upgraded to a new video card:
( EVGA GeForce GT 740 4GB GDDR5 ).
It seems that Adobe has problems with PS 2015 CC and are in denial.
I am going to see if I can go back to PS 2014 which ran like a fine tuned clock.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
This is the only program I have trouble with in Windows 10.
Vegas Video Pro runs faster than in Win 8.1.
