Howdy Steven,

Are you referring to the panels on the right or to the main window where the document goes?

Thanks,
David

Hi Steven,

Have you looked at the interface scaling options in Edit > Preferences > Interface?
Interface Scaling Photoshop CC

What are your settings set to?

If I can interject with a suggestion; As a Windows engineer I can help.  I think it's a Windows resolution problem.  If he has a smaller monitor, or one that is left over from a previous PC, Photoshop will appear larger than the screen boundaries, while it is meant for a wide screen monitor.  Selecting the correct resolution in the display settings in Windows might compensate or make it fit to his smaller display.  On the other hand, that could make the program font appear smaller.  He may not be describing his photo work within the program. Mr. Nunez, do I have this right? Is the program outside the display boundary?   Steve Lehman, mcse
