Photoshop CC 2015: No longer recognizes my Wacom Intuos
Since the Update from CC2014 to CC2015 my Photoshop no longer recognizes my Wacom Intuos 3 (Warning Triangle in brush options).
I get no pressure sensitivity. I tried to re-install wacom drivers and clear photoshop settings but it doesn't help. Other Applications work fine.

Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 x64
Windows 8.1 x64
Intuos Pro L with latest drivers from Wacom website WacomTablet_6.3.11-4a
Also warning triangle in brush options and other programs detect pressure and eraser tip correctly.

Windows 10 x64
Wacom 6.3.14 Control Panel and Driver
Photoshop CC x64 (updated from 2015, most current CC version)
If I enable Windows Ink in Wacom control panel, then you get a very irritating pen input window when working in photoshop. Currently have to give up pressure sensitivity in photoshop.
History:
Windows 8 x64 with Photoshop CC 2015 x54 working correctly with PSUserConfig.txt file. Upgraded to windows 10, CC upgraded to most recent version of photoshop. PSUserConfig.txt no longer solves problem.
