PHOTOSHOP CC 2015 - Live shape to regular path dialog with the Line shape?

As discussed in the following forum thread: https://forums.adobe.com/message/7934.... I'm seeing a convert live shape to regular path dialog when attempting to move a line shape with the path selection tool. All other shapes move fine with this tool, but not the line shape. Others thought this was possibly a bug in PS CC 2015 (Win7 and Win8.1, both 64-bit).
