Photoshop: Can't use 3DLUT/Color Lookup

Since Today i cant use the 3DLUT Option under the Color Lookup Layer anymore. I already reinstalled Photoshop and the Creative Cloud and used the Adobe Cleaner Tool.


I really dont know what to do anymore :/
