Photoshop: Can't access print settings for Epson R2000

Print settings cannot be accessed when trying to print to an epson R2000 printer. The setting can be accessed in any other program. Without having this available we cannot change the size of the paper and are unable to utilize our large format printer or change the type of paper.

Hi Tom, is this with Photoshop CS5? Are you on Mac or Windows?

Is Photoshop up to date? http://adobe.ly/PS-Up-To-Date
Do you have the latest driver for the Epson R2000?

Do you get any errors? Is this what you're seeing?

HI, did you ever happen to get this solved? I am having the same problem, but i also cannot access print settings (with same errors) in any other application, including Indesign and Preview. I really cant figure this out and would love any help you can offer. I am running Photoshop CS4, Indesign CS5 and i have an iMac version 10.6.8

Sounds like the driver installation is damaged.
Removing and reinstalling the driver might help. If not, contact Epson for help fixing their driver.
