Photoshop: Brushes not working properly. Editing brushes not working.

Photoshop brushes not working properly. On Photoshop, every time I try to edit a setting in a brush, it applies the same setting to the rest of my brushes. I can't create or use custom brushes or the pre downloaded ones because this keeps messing them all up. What do I do? How can I solve this?
