Photoshop blacking out and not loading properly
Has been working fine for months and then all of a sudden when I open it, it's black and I can't touch any buttons.
I google searched until I could find a chat person, and they "cleaned" adobe and reinstalled and finally got it working, but about 2 days later, I'm having the same problem.

Eek! Thanks for the report. Can you go to Help > System info and then copy and paste the contents of that window?

I managed to get another tech support on the phone and he said he thinks I was opening up Photoshop wrong. Not sure how, it's pinned to my computer and I click it to open, same as I do everyday. Funny thing is, he didn't try to open it first, he went into the settings, changed some numbers and such and then deleted and reinstalled and it worked fine. Hoping it doesn't happen again. I feel like they are playing a guessing game.
