Photoshop: Better control when resizing 1px horizontal / vertival lines.

Right now, it's painful to horizontally resize a 1px line like this one.
Please make a way to be able to grab the horizontal resize slider for very small shapes such as this one:


Right now, resizing this shape requires a lot of zooming in and zooming out.

Perhaps raising the tolerance for the horizontal slider when resizing small shapes would do the trick?

In photoshop sometimes it can be hard to get the horizontal arrows to show at low image magnifications.

You could try using the transform controls in the tool options bar, using scrubby sliders for the width and setting the reference point, depending on which way you
want to transform the line.
