Photoshop: Applications grayed out during Creative Suite installation
I had to reinstall my Mac OS, but now Photoshop says "One or more files in the Adobe Application Support folder necessary for running Photoshop are are missing. Please run the Photoshop installer and re-install Photoshop". So using my original install CDs for CS everything is fine until the window where I'm told to check which software. But all the options are grayed out so I can't check any. So I can't proceed, the only button operable is Quit. Why are they all grayed out? What's going on?

What kind of reinstall of the Mac OS did you perform? An Archive and Reinstall? If so, that doesn't touch any of your installed applications.

I'll tell you the only PS function I've noticed missing: when I drag a file onto the PS icon in Dock it doesn't open. I have do file-open\browse to get to the pix -- that method of work slows me down terribly. What file operates that function? where can I get it?
No I didn't uninstall the Suite first. Must I? the whole thing?

I had to reinstall my Mac OS, but now Photoshop says "One or more files in the Adobe Application Support folder necessary for running Photoshop are are missing" What files are these and where can I get them. I can't find an "Adobe Application Support" folder at all in my "Previous Systems\Library"
