Photoshop: Add a feature to remove all error pop ups during use

When using photoshop little error pop ups can get in the way of minor things, such as when using the move tool. When using the move tool and not having any layer selected the program gives the user a "Could not use the move tool because no layers are selected." pop up, and the user has to click ok before continuing. These kind of pop ups are annoying and get in the way for productivity, they should be optional.
