Photoshop 22: When I click a menu and attempt to click a sub menu option it jumps to the menu list to the left
I've run into a frustrating menu issue with Photoshop 2021 (v22) that makes it unusable.
On my Windows 10 machine with all video drivers up to take, I can't properly select options in menus. When I click a menu item (say, Filter) and attempt to click an option under that menu, Photoshop instead jumps to a menu list to the left. It's impossible to select anything under the Help menu, for instance.
I've recorded a video of this behavior.
A few more notes:
- Closing down and restarting Photoshop does not solve the problem.
- Rebooting makes no difference.
- Uninstalling and reinstalling makes no difference.
- The menu system works fine with Photoshop 21.2.4, Lightroom, Premiere and every other software.
This is specific to Photoshop 22 and I'm not the only one who's run into this.

Do you "Override High DPI Scaling Behavior" enabled?

Can we please get more than crickets from Adobe about this issue?
It's been three and a half months since the issue was reported, many users have confirmed the issue, one user appears to have identified the problem, and still no diligent response or indication that this will be fixed?

I have the issue also. ADOBE IS MORE A MARKETNG INSTRUMENT THAN A SUPPLIER OF SOUND SOFTWARE as seen by lack of response. Hell, if they are making out on their business model, then let it 'run itself' why not. They rent their rooms out, and do not care if the paint is peeling off the walls. They are making enough moola-shmoola$$$ to be insulated from customer concern.

Launching PS 2021 while holding down shift key.... allows you to not load any plugins...try that. A workaround is to launch PS by searching for plugins... and double-clicking on one. Search for any file: *.8bf Possible path: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2021\Required...... It will get the app going ok, but you must see for yourself what will work after that approach. Let me know how that goes,
Steve
