Photoshop 2020: Saving 99%

Photoshop 2020 21.0.1 release.  After editing a photo on Photoshop 2020 and going to save, to reimport into LR, the frame stays at saving 99%.  It will not get to 100%. What should I do?

I was facing the same issue and got it solved through a way that has no technical explanation... But thats working for me... I save an image as jpeg first and then save as psd and do not save all the opened images at once... Instead I make an action of saving to jpeg then psd and then closing the file. Once action is made I play it on all the rest opened files and it is working fine. So far I have tested it on 20 docs opened at a time and didnt face the issue.

STEP BY STEP SOLUTION (macOS Catalina V10.15.1)

1. Go to system preference
2. Go to security and privacy
3. Go to privacy tab
4. In the left column go to Full Disk Access
5. Add Adobe Photoshop 2020.app

I’ve found that it sometimes work. But lately I’ve been using save as and putting it on my computer to reimport into Lightroom. Or I save as to cloud. It’s weird that it doesn’t work smoothly
