Photoshop 2020: Lasso tool freeze

Photoshop CC 2020 + Wacom intuos pro. Windows10. Nvidea Geforce 660M:

Since the newest version of Photoshop (cc 2020), I basicly can't use any of the
3 lasso tools. If I try to select things with the pen, it freezes almost every time. By using the mouse it works but using the pen, is almost impossible and I'm not able to work like that. I'm extremely frustrated.

I have the same problem, I just contacted customer service and told I had to switch GPU off which was ridiculous. I didn't of course.

I'm not seeing any crash reports submitted from you. If you haven't done so already, please submit all Crash Reports along with your email address: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/submit-crash-reports.html
It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info.Launch Photoshop, and select Help > System Info... and copy/paste the text in a reply.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Lasso issue.

Guys, pleeeeeeease look in to and fix the issue with the lasso (polygonal) - it keeps crashing Photoshop.

I've tried some of the fixes/workarounds I've found on here but they don't work (i.e. changing the cursor type etc.)

This has happened on the last few versions of PS, I'm currently using 2020, it's becoming unbearable as I have to keep redoing work because it often doesn't even save a recovery version.

I've checked all the things mentioned (Windows updates and Wacom updates and the Windows ink thing. Still freezes using the poly lasso.

I also don't understand wihy this is marked as "SOLVED" .... this issue remains the same *Q*E%§& way, as it has been before, update or not!
