Photoshop 2019: Smart Filter/Adjustment Layer Move Issue
In Photoshop 2019, I've noticed that the Smart Filter/Adjustment (Hue & Saturation in this case) applied to a Smart Object does not seem to be locked to the Smart Object when moving the object. The Smart Filter/Adjustment is a dropdown to the layer and has no apparent linking option to activate. When I move the Smart Object, the original alignment of Smart Filter/Adjustment's mask shifts. My remedy so far is to alter the mask to correct the misalignment. (Again, this mask is in the dropdown portion of the Smart Object layer and has no apparent linking option)

I just tried the workaround of opening the smart object and applying the same filter there but it didn't smart filter, it just applied the blur with no masking. I know I can copy the layer here and mask it out on the top layer achieving the same thing but this ends up being the most work when it could all be remedied with a simple linking option.
On this note, I'd also like blending options to adjust when resizing in different documents. I have to adjust them to match with every different size I make.
One day perhaps.
