Photoshop 2019: Brush cursor hard to see

On both Photoshop 2018 and 2019 the brush cursor using any tool involving the brush, e.g. brush, spot healing brush, is sometimes very difficult to see. Any ideas?

I have noticed this is especially a problem if you have a high res monitor. I finally got an app that lets me control how the curser looks It works outside of Photoshop which means you'll still see the Photoshop curser icons but hey will be somewhat obscured but the app curser, way better but still, just a bandaid. http://www.coderace.net/mypointlight/en/index.html
