Photoshop 2015.1: "Open Recent" list does not always show the most recent file

Wish i could update Photoshop to 1.2 or something,but..."Failure in the update", "Try again" aaand still..

If i uninstall photoshop will i get the error again and get screwed?..Better not try out

Hopefully Adobe can fix it ASAP

With ver 2015.1.1 it happened to me, but the solution Trevor Morris sent worked and solved the problem.

Oddly enough, it also solved another problem. When I dragged a file from Explorer to the Photoshop window in order to open it as I did in previous versions, it didn't work. But clearing the recent files also solved that issue!
