Liquify creates small coloured dots Photoshop CC2019

After applying the liquify it is generating small coloured pixels within the image. These go on to exist in Lightroom, and are part of the final image when exported and viewed in other programs such as apple Preview, etc.

I'm using Photoshop cc2019. Please see the attached images. Note that the brightness increase was to exaggerate the coloured pixels.

It's seems you are on Mac, Mojave 10.14. This behavior is gone in 10.14.1, coming soon, beta at this moment but prettty good...

That's good to hear. What's the expected turnaround for 10.14.1? I need to turn these photos over to the client soon and would really love to be able to use the liquify tool.
