Line Tool with Path mode is replaced with Line Tool with stroke in Photoshop 22.1.1
We used to use "Line Tool" with "Path", "Shape", "Pixels" from tools before Photoshop version 22.1.1, currently, they are replaced with Line Tool with stroke mode, so the line tool with Path mode by giving weight is not available.

The pixel mode was removed last October, but will be coming back in an upcoming release; continue to use the previous version of Photoshop for your line workflows until the update is out.
