Layers disappear from artboard when moving

When moving multiple layers, some of the layers will randomly disappear and show themselves.
Zooming in and out makes the layers appear but only at certain zoom levels.

Hi Wesley,

Thanks for the feedback. That video is helpful. Would you feel comfortable sending the psd to me for testing?

Thanks,

Thanks Hannah, I'll email you a dropbox link. It is a recurring problem with loads of files.

I and my colleagues with 2021 are having this issue as well and it is really making my work impossible.
I need to duplicate many artboards for my work and this is ruining everything.

The layer actually stays in the artboard, but visually it disappears, I have to drag up inside the artboard again to appear, but it will place randomly inside the artboard not where it used to be.
This issue also started to happen when I just simply created a shape outside of the artboard that I use for guide elements.
Also started to happen when just simply want to save the file.

A colleague of mine discovered if we rasterise those shapes (because for now, it happens to shapes only), then it stops happening. I tried and it works but this makes my files really impossible to edit in the future.
