Layer Thumbnail size problem!

Hello, I have this problem. Looks like the Layer thumbnail itself is smaller than it's respective border and the rest of the space is filled with gray. I also am inserting a screenshot. Resetingpreferences doesn't help! I managed to locate where the issue comes from. It's my Windows scaling. I have an 27 inch 1440p monitor and I scale my Windows to 125% because otherwise everything is very small. But the thumbnails in PS somehow have a problem with this and look normal (filling the whole rectangle) only if I set my Windows scaling to 100%. Which is super sad, because I don't want to use that scaling. Please try to fix this guys!

I don't understand why nobody from the devs is replying :/

I just noticed this issue after the last update. I wonder if downgrading to the previous patch could be a temporarily solution. Did you try it?

I did't because the prebious update has a different problem :)

This issue has been bothering me from a long time. I do not know why the developers are just sitting and doing nothing.

Two updates later and still no fix. I actually noticed that in some instances, the layer thumbnails start resizing themselves properly after I simply start clicking on them one by one. But shortly after they down-size again and I have no idea why.

Yep. Still not fixed for me too.
