I'm drawing like a psycho because of these bugs

As a new artisit I use video tutorials and when I switch between two windows my brush lost its all settings and opacity! Only raising a stylus on 5 cm helps me to get back all the settings. I swithing windows 5 times in a minute and every fkn time I need to raise my hand! It's really annoying.
OK, but that's half of my problem.
I made a lot of tools in tool preset, such as brushes with different opacity, form, smuge tool with all settings I need and so on. AND I SAVED IT 3 TIMES. BECAUSE I KNOW THERE IS PROBLEM FOR 3 MOTNH WITH REPLACING OUT TOOLS WITH YOUR STUPID CUSTOM TOOLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And you do nothing with this, you thought "Just eat what we give you". And after I opened PS today and loaded my tool presets, there is only an eraser tool!!!!!!!!! Why why why why???????? Why I spend so much time creating all tools I need????????!!!!!!!!!!!!! JUst to delete everything with your bugs???????? And now instead of drawing I need to spend an hout to write you this fkn report and to create new tools??????????????????????
If nothinig will change I have an idea, what to do with it. But I'll never buy your product again

If you did save the abr-files (three times) into the proper Brushes-Folder in your user account Preferences you should be able to load them from the Brushes Panel’s pop-up menu in a matter of seconds.

As for the window-switching: Could you explain in more detail what it is you are doing?

Other than that you may want to mention your exact Photoshop or OS versions.

I use the latest version of PS and windows 10.
I don't want to save my tools in brushes, because there are not only brushes there! I have smudge tool, erasers

Just to clarify: While this is the official and monitored Bug Reports and Feature Request Forum for Photoshop I am not an Adobe employee, I am just another Photoshop user.

Regarding the Brushes: You claimed you saved your tools and tool presets – what did you do if not save them as abr-files?
Because no other option to save them comes to my mind.

There is a button in tool presets manager that saves your tool in tpl format

Ah, sorry, I had misunderstood, there are indeed the separate Tool Presets.

But all the Brushes (even if they have been created with »Include Tool Settings« so as to work with Tools other than the Brush Tool explicitly ) in the Brushes Panel need to be saved (»Export selected brushes« from the Panel’s pop-up menu), too, if one wants to avoid the risk of losing them in the case of a corruption of the Preferences file/s.

Hello, is it only the TPL or the ABR that do not save? The preset manager seems to be on the way out, as most presets are managed in their respective panels, hence only TPL for tools and not brush tips.I understand frustration when things do not work as expected, but please try to explain calmly your exact issue.

OMG! and after updating PS all my keyboard shortcuts was removed. I really don't want to find on a keyboard [ ] signs just to change my brush size. Another 30 min for stupid work, because of your fault. Hate you

Dude you know nothing about me in relationships, right? If you think that I'm a crazy stupid guy, that's your right. But it has nothing with reality.
And I never be silent because of someone mistakes and makes money on me.
If you just a troll, good bye

If someone meet these bugs, here is solution.
It looks like PS doesn't work correctly with Default Windows10 video player. And if you switch between the windows your brush will lost all its settings. I tried to use VLC and it works correctly, without affecting my brush settings.
The last version of PS don't switch your tools in tool presets with default tools. But! If you save your tools from tool manager window, it will save nothing instead of erasers. You need to save them from dropdown menu in tool presets.

Thanks for noone who solved my problems

Switch between which windows? (You never bothered to explain that ...)
Just between Photoshop windows or between Photoshop and other applications?
Was Windows video player running at the time?

Be that as it may it was considerate of them to post the solution they found but I still wonder about the problem (though as a Mac user myself it would not affect me).
How did the Windows Video Player interfere with Brush settings; was it running in the background, did they switch between Photoshop and the player, ...?
