I have an a4 page of 35mm cicles across the a4 page im trying to put a picture inserted into these cicles and cant find how todo this please help thank you

my email is andy.paice777@gmail.com can you explain how to do this as im cluless lol I have 12 35mm circles on an A4 size paper I would like the same photo put in each 35mm circle if you can take the time to email me step by step I would be so greatfull as im pulling my hair out this end lol thank you so much andy
