"choose all layers" option

We lack a feature to choose all layers in the layer tab. Why do it? For examples, if you want to create an action that will affect specific layer types, You will hit a dead end. Filters on the layers panel can help but they are useless when you need to create an action. At the same time, a string “choose filter – select all layers” should be easily understood by the action engine
