Change location of color wheel in color picker window

Would you mind explaining why that is better? I'm afraid I'm simply used to it where it is, and don't understand the advantage of putting the bar on top. Is it because of the way it "reads" with lightness on the left, fully saturated in the middle? Do you really try to use the bar that precisely, but without using the input fields for precision? And if that's the case, wouldn't you rather use the Color Spectrum model in the Color Panel, since it can easily be resized to make it much more obvious what hue, saturation,and lightness values you're picking?

It was just a GUI suggestion. It will not add any new functionality.
