Can't login to adobe forums

Sadly, this issue is not solved, and there is no solution, nor any help from Adobe.

Changing my username, as suggested by Urist Nozumavuz, solved it for me.

I'm having this problem. Changing my screen name didn't fix the issue. How can I post in the Adobe Forums?

At the top of this page, it says "8 people have this problem" in four years, so it has to be something pretty rare. It sounds like an odd issue that happens to some folks' Adobe ID accounts, perhaps a data conflict of some sort.

The reason is because the problem appears specific to a particular account rather than to the browser or computer used.

For anybody still getting this, did you try creating a new Adobe ID account?

You could create a brand new Adobe ID and then contact Customer Service about transferring your licenses over. To create a new ID while keeping your same original email address, follow the 2-step process here:

Changing my screen name didn't work. I contacted Adobe and it took them almost two months to solve the problem.

So, how did you solve the problem?

Who, me? I contacted Adobe. They did something, then told me it was fixed. I haven't any idea what they did, and couldn't ask because they slammed the ticket shut after they announced they fixed it.

Still broken for me, past caring about it. Adobe can stick their forum.

I have tried Safari and Firefox. I have cleared my history and my caches and gone through problem solving this with Apple support, including trying without wifi on a different device. I continue to get message that Safari can't Open the Page, too many redirects. I got a similar message with Firefox. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I am able to login with my email and password, it shows that I am logged in and I can write a question, but when I try to post it I get an error message that Safari can't open the page because" too many redirects occurred trying to open the https:??forums.adobe..."). Same thing with Firefox (redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete). I have reviewed with Apple Support and taken all of the steps they could think of including erasing history, emptying caches, removing all website data from Safari.Tried with iMac and then took iPhone off of wifi and tried that. All failed. This has always happened to me, I have never been able to access the adobe help forums, whether I enter the site from the internet of directly from the help link in the Premiere Elements program.

I'm a Mac user (OS 10.11.2) with Creative Cloud. When I search google (Chrome, Safari or Firefox) for help topics, I get the "too many redirects" error message. If I clear cookies, I can go directly into adobe forums and navigate. But if I use your "Ask a question" feature or if I go into the forums from the google search, I get redirect loops again. I'm sure you're aware of this problem. Do you anticipate fixing it soon?

I was directed to a solution for this. I went into my account and changed my help forum user name and it resolved this.

I have the same redirecting problem in Safari, Chrome and Firefox under OS 10.11.3 when trying to log in onto https://forums.adobe.com/. Cookies are allowed, clearing cookies or changing forum user name all don't help. Any new ideas? Thanks.
