Can't login to adobe forums

I can't log into the adobe forums. The screen shows I'm signed into adobe.com but after I enter my password to login to the forums I get stuck in a redirect loop. Sometimes I don't even get as far as entering my password, it starts redirecting after I hit the login button. This happens on both firefox and IE.

You're trying to log into the User to User forums here?:

Have you tried clearing cookies/browser cache?

This document might also help troubleshoot issues with Adobe ID:

Please send an email to userforum at adobe dot com with your Adobe ID and screen name and I can take a look at the problem.

Thanks!

I have the same problem. I've tried every which way to get in but I always get the redirect loop message. The only reason I'm trying to get in is that PS CS6 has decided that I want to trial CS6 Extended and I want to get rid of it.

try clearing cookies - many adobe.com sites are afflicted with a 'poison cookie' problem caused by cookies incorrectly written to your browser's cookie jar - if you clear out all '.adobe.com' cookies, particularly CFID and CFToken cookies, your login problems should go away - at least until you visit a different Adobe site

I am constantly getting redirect loop errors in chrome and Firefox trying to get to the adobe forums. I have deleted my cache and cookies, but this is a recurring problem.

I'm on a Mac Pro Tower, 10.9.4 Mavericks-- which is annoying since there is so many problems with this set up and adobe. And not being able to access the forums is another layer of frustration, on an already frustrating issue.

I am having the same issue. I can't get into adobe.forums as I get sent in a loop. Frustrating I know...

Is there a fix for this?

Hi Rob,

Can you give me the specific URL of the forum you're trying to access?

Actually it's any support link when I'm signed in.

I just tried and it now works for me. Since I last tried, I have upgraded to Mavericks and started using Safari so I have no idea if anything I have done has fixed it.

This is still a problem for me. I have cleared all Adobe-related cookies, browser cache and signed out and in again. Still cannot visit any adobe forums pages, not even the homepage, without getting a Redirect Loop.

Tried to access https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1649638 to address a problem with Premiere Pro on startup - so this is doubly frustrating.

I have the same problem:

"This webpage has a redirect loop
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS"

This is happening if I am signed in or not, cleared cookies cache and what not.
Firefox or Chrome and this is happening on either my PC or Mac.

For me it is clear your forums are just programmed badly.

Well, I just tried and got this:

'We're sorry but a serious error has occurred in the system.'

and here's the URL that I came in on:

https://forums.adobe.com/adobe_login?...

and while you are at it, I just had an update fail on CC, so I suspect that not all is well.

Here's what CC is giving me.

I'm on Safari and did updates last night. I'll restart and report back.

I'm terribly sorry, I hoped it might help to point out to you that something else that worked last night, isn't this morning.

Anyway, I get the same error trying to get into the forum after a reboot.
