Bug, Photoshop, script, creating 500+ images
I've been told by support that the below is a known bug. However, it has not been fixed for a long time so I was wanting to submit a bug report. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be a place to do this? Or is this the place, does Adobe look at these posts?
The bug...
When using a script to create *lots of images, photoshop starts to slow down. The images can be small, less than 1mb each. The script can be very simple, for example.
open, copy, close, open, paste, save, close, repeat.
* The problem is that straight away the number of images created each minute goes down. For example, in the first-minute photoshop creates about 115 images in the second-minute photoshop creates about 106, 91, 84...
I would love to hear that this bug is one day going to be fixed.
Thanks.
