Brush tool size and color

As we have a new feature in the pen tool, to increase the path size and color, please lets do the same thing for Brush tool as well, it is one of the most commonly used tool in Photoshop, instead of shades of gray, lets choose the color and path size of the brush tool and make it visible while drawing all the time. the cross hair functionality does not allow to see the edges. if this feature is implemented for brush tool, it will be a great help for many retouchers around the world and helps to see things better, as without brush tool we are handicapped in Photoshop.

Speaking as a retoucher and for many other retouchers, the last thing we want is a bright outline around our brushes getting in the way of what we're trying to see... the image.
Why do you need to see the outline of your brush?

I dont understand the part about choosing path size.
Isnt brush tool (path ??) size determined by pixel size of brush ?
Doesnt he know he can switch from crosshar to brushsize?

I mean to say the outline of the brush not the path, sorry for not making it clear. i was referring to pen tool path feature. its the Brush Outline we are talking about.

Certain shades of grey hide the cursors in photoshop, hence the good suggestion about letting users choose a color for the brush outline.

but why would you need to see the brush outline? most users want the opposite... we need the outline to get out of the way so that we can see what we're working on.

the outline is there in  Photoshop, but in a way when u release the button in the mouse or in tablet, you are able to see the outline, when you brush you see only the crosshair, its a preference option, even the crosshair comes in the way when you paint, but without that you never even know where you are painting. so the outline is also a preference to see things better.

I agree, I like to see that faint brush outline so I know the scale of the brush.  I also like the use option of adjusting the outline color.  When I work on a Wacom, I'll often use an airbrush and regularly change the brush size as I work, and it's so nice to confirm the perimeter of the brush as I'm either laying down color or erasing.  I understand some people don't want to see the outline, but Photoshop allows you to toggle between outline and cross hairs with the "Caps Lock" button.

Please add the brush outline functionality to Photoshop Mobile!
