brush rotation unresponsive after initial pen touch

Brush rotation broke after the latest photoshop update.  It rotates before the stroke starts, but then stays static through the stroke rather than rotating with the barrel.  Rolling back to 21.0.3 is our current solution, but wanted to point it out so it can be fixed in future versions!  (using windows 10 and a wacom intuos pro with art pen).
