Allow the user to remove a screen mode

I often switch between two screen modes: Fullscreen Mode with Menubar for editing, and normal Fullscreen Mode for viewing my entire image without panels getting in the way. I want to be able to just hit F to switch to one mode, and then F to switch back, but the problem is that hitting F cycles through all of the screen modes. This means that I end up having to hit F a few times just to get back to the screen mode I'm looking for.

It would be nice if you could disable one of the screen modes that you never use, so that you would not have to see it when cycling through screen modes with the F shortcut.

Another solution to this would be to show all three screen modes in the Edit Keyboard Shortcuts screen here: http://cl.ly/FFdz
That way the user could just disable the F shortcut on the mode they never use, and it would no longer get cycled to when hitting F.
