20.0.3 borked my Camera Raw

A day after updating to Photoshop 20.0.3 (MacPro Mojave), I tried to open a .CR2 file. I got a splash screen saying "Welcome to Camera Raw 2" or something like that. It initially opened the file but when I clicked "open" it stated "Could not complete your request because the file was not found." I restarted the app and the computer and got the same result.
Any attempt after didn't even open the Camera Raw Filter, just showed the error message. I tried to open in PS 18 and 17 and got the same result. CS5.1 still worked. I downloaded Camera Raw 11.2 and installed it, but got the same result. I kinda need Camera Raw to work. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue since I updated camera raw cc.  I regret updating the whole 2019 suite...it has so many issues and bugs!

I don't know if it's unable to open files from a network share or what. I had to revert to the previous version of camera raw to have all working again. 4 hours of my life lost Adobe. Fix the issue in camera raw 11.2!
It's on: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-Ins/CC/File Formats use Time Machine to revert to the previous version.

I was able to find and download Camera Raw 11.1. NOT from Adobe, who won't even let you manage ACR in the CC app.

Installing this gave me back the ability to see, adjust and convert .cr2 files again.

I have the same problem but...ACR can open any RAF file on the local disk.  Any RAF on a network drive doesn't open - the error message is something like "the file doesn't exist."
So I re-installed 11.1 and that works.
