Photoshop Express: Sept 13, 2013 update for iOS missing purchased additions

In app purchases missing after updating to the 'new look' PS Express today 13 September 2013, all my purchased borders and effects such as twirl etc cannot be found. If these can't be updated then the new updated app is pretty useless compared to the previous app I enjoyed using. How do I fix this?

No disrespect to all of you lovely ladies out there but in the space of just over 4 months two women have totally ruined two of my fave photo sites/programmes. Firstly Marissa Mayer revamps Flickr, resulting in a mass exodus across to Ipernity, now Pattie F and her cohorts have ruined a perfectly good image editor in Photoshop Express. Her recent explanation just shows that, like Marissa Mayer, she doesn't understand the needs of the customer, the people that basically pay her wages. Shame on you Pattie!

Exactly. That was worth the money! It made photos beautiful. Now the new version of it doesn't compare.

I agree with everyone....my disappointment is epic as I used this app daily. I read the Adobe "disclaimer," and it lacks honesty as the new version does not have the items we paid good money for - unless Adobe plans on fixing this ASAP, then I too want a refund of all the money I paid as those products DO NOT EXIST ANYMORE!!! What other programs are available out there for an iPhone that are good, because PS Express is not and I'm going to request my money returned! To call this an upgrade is simply ludicrous!!!!

I surprised to find how emotional I also about this topic, and everyone's frustration seems to mirror my own. Seriously, adobe? Way to alienate your more casual (and some not so casual) consumer base.

I totally agree with everybody else's comments. I spent almost $10 on this app and loved all the effects that I received now I can't even go back and find them. This is absolute crap maybe the more we post on this the more the company will go back and rectify this but maybe not. Remember stealing is crime

I seriously doubt it Sue. Remember the infamous YouTube video of Adobe's CEO refusing to answer a simple question asked by a journolist?

Adobe is what Apple is fast becoming, arrogant.

Adobe, instead of removing so called 'off topic'post after post, i.e. the ones you don't like, why don't you do something more constructive and comment on what you've done to this once brilliant little app, and give a response to the problem at hand.

Maybe if the various publications that inform the public about these updates were to revisit and check user feedback, you'd act on the negative feedback. After all, you couldn't delete those.

This is for Chris Cox, the moderator who likes to remove peoples posts.

What is Adobe's response to this thread, other than the brief comments at the top. Deleting posts whilst hiding behind the Internet where no one can contact you is pathetic.

I, like many otherss, paid for the expansion packs in the previous version of the app. These were wiped out after the last update. We're now left with a sub-standard app compared to the app we had. The Premium Look pack is weak, there can be no comparison and to offer that to componsate in, frankly, an insult.

I will be contacting Apple with regards to the money that has been TAKEN from people and the attidude that Adobe has had to it's loyal customers, which is 'tough, deal with it'!

Do you think anyone affected by this will EVER give Adobe money again?
