Photoshop Express: My Android phone stopped loading pics, auto or separately, to Photoshop Express

I confirmed Auto Upload continues to work for either 3G or WiFi, if the connection is solid. However, I was able to reproduce the issue on my own Android phone after letting my wifi lease expire, making the network connection appear on in my device status bar and to Photoshop Express, but functionally making it network access unavailable. (Even though 3G data was on, this did not help.)

Try these trouble-shooting steps:
1) force stop Photoshop Express, using Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Running > Photoshop Express
2) turn off all WiFi connections available to you, and then re-enable them (forcing connections to reset)
3) launch Photoshop Express, and ensure you are signed into Photoshop Express Online, and also ensure Auto Upload is still enabled in Settings
4) try snapping some new photos, and see if they now auto-upload to Photoshop.com

If this doesn't help, repeat these steps, but try disabling/enabling 3G data instead of WiFi.

Can you confirm in the settings that you are still logged into your Photoshop.com account? If so, have you tried reinstalling the app. Delete it first, then download again from the Android Marketplace. You'll need to log back into your Photoshop.com account. Please let us know if that worked for you.

Hi, I cannot upload my photos anymore before it used to work I tried the 4 steps Charle gave but no change, photos were taken using an HDR app but I guess it should not change anything please help... HTC Wildfire Android 2.2

I'm trying to reproduce the issue, and I can't.

Could you trying signing out of Photoshop.com via the app settings, and then sign back in to see if that helps you upload? Please share your results, and we'll keep looking on our side.

I am using photshop express and some of my albums do no appear on my android samsung device. They do appear on photoshop.com. I have checked mjy backup synch settings in photoshop elements and all appears fine.

In your main device Settings, please try clearing your app cache for Photoshop Express. Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Downloaded > Photoshop Express > Cache -- Clear Cache. In this same screen, also try Clear Data.

I tried the solution but the missing albums still failed to load. The pictures from these albums appear on the phone when I press all photos. There are 4598 ptotos in the all photos link.

Do you have the latest version of the app installed? It was just updated late last month to version 1.3.2.

I cannot reproduce the issue on my end. If we messaged privately, offline, would you be willing to let me try your account on my own test device?

Well my issue is that up until now, I never bothered creating a Photoshop account, as I don't have a desire to auto-upload photos to Photoshop.com, but I would like to upload to Twitter and Facebook, but I get this error when I try, I have done all the above suggestions, with no improvement.

Saying that, I have now in-putted my account details, and low and behold, it worked!

Why do I need a redundant Photoshop account, to be able to upload to Facebook and Twitter?
