Express: Keeps crashing

Ive been using the Photoshop Express app for quite a while now, yet all of a sudden as soon as I try to save my work the app crashes and the work isn't saved. Ive tried resetting the app, which hasn't worked. Ive also tried un-installing ready for a fresh download, for my PC to tell me that it cant and showing the error code 0x80073cfa.....any ideas on how to fix this?
