Why are the bugs in Photoshop Elements 15 still not fixed???

Photoshop Elements 15 has several bugs, including the "open recently edited file" under the File menu, which stops showing new files after one hundred. I'm sure that Adobe has known about this problem, and other bugs, for a long time -- but apparently refuses to distribute an update to fix this problem and others. In fact, I rarely if ever see software updates for Elements, unless it has to do with "raw" photo processing. It seems like Adobe is slowing giving up on Elements altogether.

Wouldn't it be nice if they made fixing bugs a priority rather than releasing a "new" version every year, with the same old bugs?

The reason is that Adobe NEVER updates older versions.

The problem is that when any PSE version WAS the CURRENT version, it was never updated, despite Adobe's knowing and being made aware of their bugs!!  Hmmm . . . maybe Adobe used that fact to sell whatever newer version was out. Like . . .

Fred:  "Hey Mable! The version of PSE I'm using is full of bugs, so, since Adobe will probably never  fix them, I guess I'll go out and buy the current version and hope that's better."

Mable: "Yeah, Fred, good luck with that!!  Maybe we should also replace our old Yugo with a new Yugo."

Fred:  "Wha . . .??"
