What happened to Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition?

I used Photoshop Album for some time, adding tags and making collections. I can no longer activate the product. Have I lost all of my work?

Hi Frank,

Please follow these steps to see transfer your photos (catalog) to Elements 10
1) Launch Elements 10 Organizer
2) Go to 'File' menu --> Catalog. 'Catalog Manager' dialog will open.
3) Click 'Convert' on this dialog.
4) On the opened dialog, select the PASE catalog and hit convert.
If you don't find the catalog in the list, browse for it. It is usually present at "%ProgramData%/Adobe/"
or check 'Show previously converted catalog'

When I open my Adobe Photostarter Album Edition 3 I get a registration form.
After I fill it out and send I am notified that it is outdated.
Then I get an email stating that I should visit Photoshop.com. I do find anywhere in that site a way to access my photos.
HELP!!!!!!!!

I've installed Adobe Photoshop Starter edition 3.2 but when I try to register for an unlock code I get the message "Dear Robert,
Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition is no longer available. Please consider another Photoshop product by visiting the Photoshop family page."
I'm no interested in another product; I like Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition. Can you help, please?

Brett N, "Photoshop Album Starter Edition has reached the end of it's production life. Photoshop.com is it's replacement as a free image organizer and editor."

Photoshop.com only has 'online' editing tools. I am not at all interested in this. I liked the old Photoshop Album Starter, because you did not need to be online to use it. Please bring it back.

I had a version of Photoshp album online and I downloaded an entire sd card of photos to it....not knowing it had been discontinued. Unfortunately I deleted those photos from my photo card before I got your email advising me it was too late to register the program and it had been discontinued. Is there any way to get my photos returned. They were priceless to me.

In cleaning up my computer I have discovered that we have several old photos on Adobe photoshop 3.2. Apparantly this was a trial addition and a password was needed in 2009 to upgrade or move photos. Now it ask for an unlock code, which apparently is no longer available. Is there any way to get our old photos?

Hello, I have some very special photos of a recent family trip that I uploaded onto phtoshop starter edition 3.2 two weeks ago. I had not registered up to that moment, and continued to do what I had always done and hit the 'register later' tab. I had no understanding that time was very critical for registering, there was no red-flag stating that I had a very limited time to register or i could not access my photos. Well, today, in trying to send some pictures to a friend, there again popped up the registry window, blocking my photos. It stated that the 3.2 edition was no loinger available, but that I could still register via e-mail, which I attempted to do, only to be informed that I could no longer access my photos. I chatted with one of your technicians ( Bharati), who stated that he could not help me . I am very upset with this situation, and had no idea that this was an impending problem. When I attempt to open up this 3.2 starter edition, my pictures pop up, and then a second or two later a registry window pops up, blocking my access to my photos. Please contact me via my e-mail, blackdog@montrose.net, and let me know if there is anything that could done. As I stated before, if time for registering was so crucial, I feel that something should have popped up telling me so, seeing that i just loaded them off my camera two weeks ago9 & then stupidly deleted them from my camera). thanks

My computer crashed and I lost everything including all the pictures I had in Adobe Photoshop. I was a member since the program that I had was free. I would like to get my pictures back if possible from Adobe Photoshop or can I get back to that free program again with all my pictures? Preben A. Johansson

I am now using your product "Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.2", this software always ask me to register, it's alright I am now ready to register, but I just cannot find my country "TAIWAN" from the list! How come?! You asked me to register, but you do not provide the correct info for us to choose. I do not know that how others do their registration, maybe they are compelled to select "CHINA" which is not our nationality. Hope you can revise this problem.

That doesn't really matter since the product was discontinued a couple years ago.
