PSE2019: Restoring a catalog, CANCEL, "Continue - Yes or No" - who writes this stuff?!?!

So, I'm restoring a catalog and after much time accidentally press the 'Cancel'. The message appears telling me that this is a bad thing and then asks if I want to 'continue' - yes or no.

Is that a 'Yes - please continue to restore the catalog' or 'Yes please continue to cancel this operation'?

My best guess from general experience:
If the window has an "X" in the upper right corner, click on it to dismiss the window.
That should cause the program to ignore the interruption (and thus continue its operation).
And you don't have to figure out what the question actually means.

Press "yes" and it continues which is the bad path.  Press "no".  To a tech, this is a no brainer.   Steve Lehman, mcse.

Indeed, it was a "Yes" to "Continue to cancel"... even my software has better messages than this! For one customer every Yes/No 'alert' also had to have a "Cancel" so that the user could not be accused of 'getting it wrong'!
