Photoshop/Photoshop Elements: Licensing for this product has stopped working (error 150:30)

I've just tried opening PSE 8 for the first time in a while, and I get an error message saying, "Licensing for this product has stopped working. Error 150:30." I've restarted my computer, tried again, and still no luck. Anyone have an idea what can fix this?

Bridge funktioniert.

Können Sie mir helfen?

I have used photoshop elements 8 without a problem. Today I can use "organize", but cannot use edit. It tells me to restart PC, which does not help. It tells me the error is 150:30. Can you help?

Same here-- I tried to use the EDIT and it came up with the error code 150:30 , Licensing for this product has stopped working. I attempted to download the licensing end repair tool for Windows as i am running Windows 7. It would allow me to download. I am upset as I have pictures that i would like to use PSE8 on... I have researched , forums, the internet and found no solutions and am unable to locate where I can contact ADOBE by email. Help, I am sure there is someone out there who can help us...........

Error 150:30 x 2.

My Photoshop keeps saying Error 150:30. I have tried everything suggested to fix it. It still doesn't work. I even took it to the Apple Genus bar at the Apple store and they couldn't make it work. Sense I teach Photoshop and give a lot of presentation, I really would like the one in my computer to work.

Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 gives me a message that it encountered a problem when I click on EDIT. It says that I have to restart my computer before it can be launched. Error code 150:30. I've tried that several times and the problem persists. Any suggestions?

Every time I try to open Photoshop Elements 8 on my Mac OSX 10.8.5 I get the error message that there is a licensing problem 150.30. Tells me to restart and that does nothing.

Here's an idea! Rather than post an error message like 150:30, and then not tell the customer the meaning of that because it's exhibited on Photoshop Elements 8, which is too old for you to any longer answer a simple question for, make a list of the what the error message numbers mean so the user has some idea of how to proceed. I know the entire system is set up to sell us something else or charge money for help Adobe should provide free of charge, but maybe just this once you could act like human beings instead of greed motivated self serving sales machines.
