Photoshop Elements: How do i get the image on screen to match the printed image?
When printing a photo, the finished product from my printer does not match the finished product sent to the printer. HJow do I fix this?

The science of maintaining consistent colors across devices (e.g. monitors to printers) is called Color Management. How to set it up correctly can involve many steps and requires files from outside Photoshop Elements, like Profiles (as Chris mentions). The basics involving making sure your monitor is displaying color correctly (what you see is not necessarily what you get) and that you use information provided by the printer manufacturer (color profiles) that tell Photoshop Elements how this particular printer model works.
