Photoshop Elements: CA Headless error message

Keep getting an error message:
CAHeadless has encontered an error
(..\..\Src\Datamanager.cpp-410)

After pressing 'continue' a popup window from Windows says "Elementsautoanalyzer has stopped functioning"

My elements is a 9.0.3.0 version.
Can anybody help?

There are 2 solutions:

1) If you use Media Analyzer to analyze your media then please re-install the application. I suspect something gone bad with Media Analyzer

2) else..go to 'Edit' menu > preferences > Media-Analysis and switch off the check-box 'Analyze media for Smart Tags Automatically'

I have the same problem on PSE 2020 but there is no option for Edit' menu > preferences > Media-Analysis.  Any idea what I can do in PSE 2020 to stop this warning appearing

This is a discussion from 2012. Today, this error message is probably not linked to the media analysis.

Anyway, to stop media analysis, use the organizer edit >> preferences and disable (temporarily) all automatic features.
