I am registered with Photoshop Elements 12 and cannot get the Editor to open.

I can get the organizer open but the editor refuses to open

Does it give an error? Does it crash? What OS/version are you on?

It acts like it is trying to open and then it stops.  No error message.  No crash.  Nothing.  I have put it on two computers.  Same on both.  I am using Windows 7.
