Elements: Where can I find my serial # for an older version I own?

I ordered ps elements 10 and the newest one. The 10 is years old but I do still like it and would like to use on my new computer. When i log into my account it says no purchases which is not correct. How can i pull serial numbers?

It's not easy to find, but it is possible. Did you use a different email address when you ordered it??

I couldn't find any products registered under the email address you've used to log in here (ending in yahoo.com). I did a search by name and found a copy of Elements 15 registered under an email ending in aol.com. Is that what you're looking for?

If your old computer is functional, try using the free version of Belarc Advisor. It is good at pulling serial numbers and keys from apps especially older apps. This not hacking software. It is legal to do this if you own the software.

For older Adobe Software, selecting Help > Register... will extract the serial # and store it with you Adobe ID on Adobe.com

Jeffrey,

I've tried  to register my older versions (11) of Elements (Photoshop and Premier) to extract the serial numbers and use them on a machine which only supports 32 bit software, but I get the error message "Could not register your product at this time. Try again later."  Am I out of luck?
