I have chosen the largest font available in my Photoshop Elements software. However, the font on my photo is still very small. What could be the issue?
Fonts don't determine size - just the outline of the letters.
The size you specific in the text tool, plus the resolution of your document, determines the size.
Change the text size to something like 24 pixels. If that works, then probably the resolution of the document is something weird (like 1 pixel per inch) that prevents the text from showing well.
