Elements (prior versions): Doesn't work with new macOS 10.14 Mojave
Elements 11 opens, I can open a jpg but when I start to edit the picture Elements immediately closes with no error message.

We're really sorry for all the trouble. Please try adding Photoshop Elements 11 under the Accessibility in System Preferences.
- Open System Preferences.
- Select Security & Privacy.
- Click the lock to make changes, then enter your system username and password for your computer.
- Select Privacy from the top set of tabs, then select Accessibility from the left-hand column of options.
- Click the + (plus) button under the list 'Allow the apps below to control your computer'.
- Navigate to the Applications folder and select the Photoshop application and click Open.
- Click the lock to prevent further changes. Relaunch Photoshop.
Let us know if that helps.Regards,
Mohit

I have the same problem with Elements 11 and the update Mojave.
I tried your suggestion by adding photoshop Elements under the accessibility in System preferences.
Sorry, the problem was not solved.

After previously installing the latest update for Mac, it seems to have stopped my computer from opening Photoshop Elements 12 Editor.
The application tries to load, however stops without letting me know the issue.
This was bought via disk and we no longer have the disc to reinstall.
Need help asap.

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/editor-does-not-start-freezes-mac-mojave.html
and then, when it still doesn't work, run the the Uninstaller from inside the Application/Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 folder. Now log into your Adobe account and download Photoshop Elements 15 from my Adobe Account (plans/my plan/order history) and re-install.
This restored functionality in Mojave but the Organizer was still 32 bit (!?!?!). After a reboot, the Adobe Applications Manager showed up in the Menu bar. Clicking through that updated to Elements 15.2 and the Organizer is now 64 bit.
Does this mean it will work in Catalina? Won't know till is ships, then I'll give it a try.
I have Elements 6 and 15 working fine over Mojave. I haven't a clue as to why 6 still works — only that it does. Pretty sure it won't install but I just keep upgrading the OS...
