Elements: Date/time of some files being read incorrectly

Hello

As part of organising my photos I start by renaming with the date/time using Bulkname utility and it renames correctly choosing the time taken which is also correctly stored within the JPEG.

However, when I import the photos into elements, a number of my wife's photos (taken on a Samsung S7 edge) are 4 hours ahead of time... I would say about 1/10.

It is very random - photos taken within 2 minutes of one another can suddenly have a 4 hour time difference according to elements. It isn't even the case that a batch are all wrong, just the odd 2 here and there.

I am guessing this has something to do with time zones as we live in Dubai but often visit the UK where we live and I have had a look at Samsung sites but not much luck in finding a solution.

Anyone have any ideas as it is very frustrating changing them all manually?

Many thanks
