Elements: A way to rotate the clone stamp

Is there a way to rotate the clone stamp in Photoshop Elements? (I know you can do it in Photoshop)

Jeff/Julie,

Can the clone tool be rotated in regular Photoshop like she says?  Not heard of that.  The clone stamp is a round brush tool.  Julie why would you want it to be rotated?  Is there an advantage in any examples?

Also, the healing tool has a setting for "replace" which can act like a clone tool and is more accurate when brushing color close to the lines of separate colors in a photo.  The difference between them is, the clone tool will follow your tool which makes it easy to copy color anywhere.  The Healing tool will copy color and its 'anchor' will stay in one place so you won't need to worry about it following you into misguided territory.

Here's a tip, when I get ready to edit, I preset my tool sizes for the Clone, Healing Brush tool, and the Spot Healing Tool so I will be ready for anything.

He wants to rotate the source, not the brush. See details here: Set sample sources for cloningand healing
