Elements 2020 Unable to install on Windows 10

I purchased Elements 2020 last week but have not been able to install it on my Windows 10 PC.  The problems arise trying to unzip the app file to install and set up. Two files continually generate the message ‘Error 0x80004005: Unspecified error’  - these are PDApp.pima (Type PIMA, Date Modified 8/07/2016 2:52 AM  Size 13.0 MB)  and AdobeElements18Organizer_noncore1 (Type: Compressed (zipped) Folder, Date modified: 27/08/2019 3:38PM, Size 498 MB).

I have also tried a third party extraction app and these same two files come as ‘failed’.

Several hours with assistance from the Adobe helpdesk was not able to resolve this and troubleshooting through the MS system has also achieved nothing.

While I am now waiting for a refund from Adobe, I am extremely disappointed not to have Elements 2020 and  hope these issues will be resolved in near future and I will try again.

If it was a downloadable program I'm only guessing its loader didn't make it.  Try again and use WinZip to extract, but if that doesn't work, try WinRAR which does the same.

Thank you.  Used 7Zip but that failed to extract it.

Not surprised.
