Elements 2019: Is MacOS Mojave supported?

My Photoshop Elements 2019 is locking up frequently on Mac OS Mojave 10.14.2. (I have an SSD & 16GB of RAM, and aren't working with big files.)

Adobe Elements 2019 Organizer does not work correctly if you have Time Machine enabled - there are multiple reports about this on this forum with no resolution from Adobe. As a result when you try to work with images in the Organizer they have broken links. The Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor is very powerful, but is impacted by this issue with Organizer. Photoshop Elements is also not performance optimized - you will often get a spinning circle cursor while some thread in Photoshop Elements ties up the entire application.
